May we know if TCAN1051HD can direct replace MAX13053A?

I saw TCAN1051HD have FD function, is it a benefit?

    Chen,

    The TCAN1051HD is the direct replacement for the MAX13053A, and they both have CAN FD capability with 2Mbps data rate. the TCAN1051HGD works up to 5Mbps, which would be a benefit over the MAX13053A. The common-mode range on the TCAN1051 family is better than MAX13053A as well. Otherwise, the devices are almost identical in terms of electrical parameters and function.
