TUSB7340: USB error with Linux system

Hello,

Our customer used TUSB7340 with Linux system, and sometimes appear below errors during insertion & plug operation. Could you please help to analyze?

    Hi Kailyn,

    This log isn't enough information for us to debug an issue.  We will need information on what is occurring on the USB port.  Please be aware that the TUSB7340 is a NRND so support is limited.

    Thank you for your reply.

    As the customer said, there were three times of the USB port problems. The first time is that the UART communication is well one all day, and the next morning has still be used, but when he plugged and inserted it again, he found that the error code under the system, and the four USB ports are all failed. Another time is after  he copied the data with U disk, it appeared the error code under the system, and he four USB ports are all failed.
