Dear SIrs,

My Customer had connection issue for 941+948 and ALP.

As test, use 941 EVM + 948 EVM then connect to PC, ALP will detect 941 and 948 without any problem.

while using 941 EVM + customer 948 board, ALP cannot detect customer board in GUI.

May I have your recommend how to let the customer board be detected by ALP GUI?

Hi Peter,

Could you provide a little more information. When the issue happens, is the 948 locked to 941?

Can i get some picture of the ALP information page when the issue happens?

thanks for you reply,

after adjustment, the 948 can already be connected to the system.

but the Revision : TestDie, Pixel clock is 0, so which parameters need to be adjusted or modify? please let us learn from you and suggestion, thanks.

Hi,

Please try to supply a clock to 941 or enable internal pattern generation and the 948 info should show up.
