Could you parallel multiple devices to support larger surge currents?
Not sure how fast the Flat Clamp devices start conducting, if faster then the current increases (us-range) then I'd expect it could be an option. However tempco could jeopardize it.

I would not recommend connecting two TVS3300 devices in parallel. What would happen is that when a surge event occurs, only one of them would start conducting, and the other one would do nothing. This will just increase the parasitic capacitance and take up more space on your board.
Also, note that there is a slew rate limitation for this device as well. Basically, if you have a high slew rate your device will leak more current. Please refer to the graph below take from figure 9 on the datasheet.
