ONET1151L: propagation delay- variation part-to-part of this and other laser drivers

Part Number: ONET1151L
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ONET8501V, ONET1101L,

Hi team,

Good day, customer is looking for a detailed information on the propagation delay of ONET1151L, and ONET1101L, and ONET8501V. Below is the complete query.

"

I am looking for detailed information on the propagation delay of the signal through the signal path of the ONET1151L, and ONET1101L, and ONET8501V laser drivers.
We plan to use it for pulses of approx 100ps width with varying duty cycles, and propagation times are an issue.
1) what is the propagation delay from input to output port?
2) does the delay vary depending on the modulation current chosen?
3) would the load resistance used affect the delay?
4) how does the delay vary with temperature?
5) how much would the delay vary part-to-part and between parts from different batches? (for purposes of assessing skew between two signals from drivers in parallel paths)

I would be interested in these specs for all 3 parts - in order to assess suitability of any or all.

Assuming identical pulse shape input - how much variation in output pulse shape can I expect part-to-part and between batches - in terms of rise and fall time, overshoot, etc?"

Thank you and looking forward for your kind feedback.

Regards,

Maynard
