Hello,
does the THVD1419 /29 have a thermal shutdown that turns it on and off cyclically on overload?
I have only found the reference that a shutdown takes place at 170°C. There is no further textual reference.
How big is the hysteresis until it switches on again - or does it never switch on again ;-)
