Could you let me know if there is any difference between below two diode structure. (PNNP and NPPN)

Hi Roy,

The construction/processes of the devices are different, but as long as the specs (working voltage, breakdown voltage, etc.) work for the application, they should be fine.

Hi Roy,

There's not really any pros/cons. If the parts have the same specs on different processes, they will perform the exact same way.
