    Hi Jonathan,

    Junction to board is not available. This is because this depends on the board material and heat dissipation. Having said this, we can calculate maximum junction temperature.

    Device draws 43mA - maximum. With worst case supply - 3.6V - this means we are drawing about 150mW. With Theta JA of 60 degC/W, it means junction temperature would about 9.5DegC higher than ambient. At maximum operating temperature of 85degC, this means worse case junction temperature would be at 85+9.5 or 94.5degC.
