Thanks for your reply.
We have tested tis configuration with different RS485 slave devices.
With all the devices, our system was able to transmit data and the devices were able receive the data.
But in case of receive, our systems were able to receive with some devices and not able to receive with some devices.

If we use two separate GPIOs and Control driver and receiver separately (driver will not be enabled always), Can we use this configuration?

You must use a GPIO to disable the driver when it is not used.

Disabling the receiver is optional. There are systems that never disable the receiver; in that case, you read what you send on the bus.

Is it advised to enable receiver always as it will receive the data what we have sent?

Will it effect the data communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus..?

As I am a guy from hardware background, I am asking this question.

You would do this only if you do not have a free GPIO to disable the receiver, or if the software actually wants to read the sent data (probably to check it).
