but it seems the used firmware for flashing the microcontroller is for commercial use, and i am not able to download it,

could you provide any alternative software for flashing

- Could we have an online session with you for the sake of flashing the microcontroller ?(recommended)

- We did download the Python based Firmware Upgrade Example (Open Source Licensed) and followed the instructions mentioned in release_Notes_Example_Python_Firmware_Upgrader.html but we still face the device may not in BSL mode (device is not recognized)

Your ALP screen shot indicates "Hardware Connected" status on the left bottom corner. That means it is able to talk to the USB2ANY circuit on the UB934 EVM. So I don't think you have to reflash the USB2ANY micro. Your issue might be different. Could you confirm when you downloaded ALP framework, you also downloaded latest ALP-PROFILE-UPDATE (v10) from same link and installed it? ALP-PROFILE-UPDATE has latest updates and patches for ALP that must be installed. 

Another way to confirm you have latest profile update installed is by checking "ALP - HELP - About this Program". Please upload a screen shot of that.

Yes we confirm that, we already installed the ALP software followed by ALP_PROFILE_UPDATE_v09_setup_v_1_57_0010.exe
Please find the attached image of About this Software window.
We are stuck at this issue for a while, we'll appreciate if we have an online debug session.

I compared my switch settings and jumper settings against your evm picture and noticed following differences:

S1: setting 4 should be ON (looks to me no setting is ON)

Also, jumpers J35 at the center top are missing.

Thanks a lot for that clear image.
By applying the jumper setting in the above image for J14,J16, J32, J33, J35, S1 and also powering up the kit from J24, the Camera and the kit should take their power from J24, Is that correct ? please confirm !
