I was looking to "borrow" the Altium symbol and footprint. I've made one. Also, the package drawing is rather incomplete. www.ti.com/.../mpqf116h.pdf

It may be possible to grab this information from one of the reference design's CAD files. I tried TIDA-020032 as an example. However, this information may be liked to the TI network - which is one reason it might work for me, but not for you.
