HD3SS3212: Vbias configuration for AC Coupling Capacitors on Both Sides of Switch application

It employs adaptive tracking that ensures the channel remains unchanged for the entire common mode voltage range.

Above description is shown in the datasheet. This function shows whether the common mode level can be adjusted to suit the needs of offset levels.

For AC Coupling Capacitors on Both Sides of Switch application Figure 6, it is indicated that one side should provide offset level, as shown in the figure below. 

Does the Vbias could be removed rather than keep or grounded according to the adaptive function?

HD3SS3212 differential interface level in the specification only describes common mode voltage and differential mode voltage. What kind of the internal logic level it is? CMOS?
