The VSADJ, PRE, EQ, and ERC are controlled by external 10k pulled up to 1.8V or 10k pulldown. 

VIH -> 10k pullup to 1.8V

VIL -> 10k pull down to ground

VIM -> floating

Please refer to Table 1 in the datasheet for the EQ selection. 

Please refer to Table 2 for the ERC selection

Please refer to Table 3 for the VSADJ and Pre selection

You can use the example in section 8.2 as your tuning guide.
