We need CANBUS solution with SPI interface to replace competitors. Could you suggest some devices for us?

    Gary,

    For solution 1, I see you've listed the MCP25625 which is actually a CAN controller and integrated transceiver with a SPI interface, where the TJA1145 is a CAN partial networking transceiver. If a controller + transceiver is needed, the TCAN4550-Q1 is the best suggestion. If you just want a CAN transceiver with a SPI interface, I'd recommend the TCAN1144-Q1. This device is part of the TCAN114x-Q1 family and has Watchdog and bus fault diagnostic technology, along with SPI to configure the transceiver.

    For solution 2, TI doesn't have a device similar to MCP2518 or the HT45B3305H where they are both just CAN controllers with no transceiver integrated. For this I would again recommend the TCAN4550-Q1 controller + transceiver. This device can be configured for controller function only and used with a standalone transceiver from TI like the TCAN1042-Q1 or the TCAN1044-Q1.
