It seems that this chip meets the requirements, but there is a strange thing, that is, the error counter of this chip is only 11 bits, so the number of error codes that can be recorded Very rarely, if we need to test the bit error rate of 5E-5 level, we may need a larger size error counter, maybe 16-bit or 24-bit level. Does DS250DF230 have such a long enough error counter?
If not, does TI have any suggestions or other recommended solutions?
