For my application I would like to use a multi level signal (PAM4) and I was thinking for the receiver to use an amplifier kind ONET4201PA as it has RSSI I can use it for output level adjustment after that stage, but I see the linear region stays below 2mV input voltage and above is limiting (obviously it is a limiting amplifier) and also the RSSI signal is tiny at those levels and maybe not useful. I would like to ask if this is suitable or is there another product that I could use instead.
