At what temperature value does part number PCA9306DCTR start to degrade?

    Hello,

    The absolute maximum junction temperature for this device is 125 C. Operating above that temperature can lead to permanent damage to the device. The recommended ambient temperature for this device is -40 to 85 C. Outside of these values none of the electrical characteristics in the datasheet are guaranteed.
