There is no description about operating junction temperature in the datasheet
Could you tell me it?

Hello Oba,

Unfortunately we never measured the junction temperature for TVS3301. However, this device and our other ESD/TVS protection devices are not meant to dissipate constant DC power, only transient, so the junction will not heat up that much.
