We bought LV2842XLVDDCR from Arrow.

During inspection, Our IQC noticed that there are differences in the body marking compared to the datasheet available.

1. confirm that these 2 markings are genuine and logged in your system

2. And appreciate that you share the PCN.

Shawn,

Yes the IC top marking match what we would expect.

And the PCN is issued to the buyer from TI so Arrow should have the PCN.

Hi Jeff, we went further to carry out a decap on the die. Can you validate if this is the die LV2842XLVDDCR

I will check with the team but we may need a higher resolution image. Often counterfeit parts have very similar silicon.

Here's a clearer pic.

There is a marking showing TI2013 CLV14003XA1 on the die.

We have compared xrays and there appear to be marginal differences but this may be due to how the pictures were taken.

Can you please provide an image of the case bottom as well?

And please send the purchase documentation and we will see if we can track it down in our system.
