Hi Team,

Attachedis the schematic diagram of the MAX3243E.

When power vcc=3.3V ,And com2,com3,com4 are connected to three devices at the same time, all the devices will be unable to use,

There is no problem in connecting any two devices.

When power vcc=5V, the three devices can work normal.

Is it possible connected to three devices and the supply voltag is 3.3v?

Can you help solve it?

Hi,

Can you share the schematic? What's the data rate and load condition for each port? It looks like the device runs out of juice with heavy load. Is it possible to check the supply to see if there is any limit?

We tested 115200bit/s and 9600bit/s.Our Mainboard can supply 8A for 3.3V.

Can you share the value and voltage rating of the decoupling capacitor and charge pump capacitor? Have your tried testing without any load?
