My customer's application is monitor. They want to have UFP only and 5V3A power delivery.
Can HD3SS3220 do UFP only and support 5V3A power delivery?
If yes, how to configure it?
if no, any other solution?
below is my thought.
monitor could be configured to DRP and configured to try sink.
-when UFP plug in, monitor has not data host but provide 5V3A for charge.
-when DFP plug in, monitor is UFP and power sink. But you don’t really sink the power.
any concern?
