Hi,

Can you suggest me an alternate for this

The standoff needs to be same

the max voltage should be 40V

should pass IEC 61000-4-5 (8/20 µs) at 500V 250A

Hi Sahil,

Unfortunately, this is the only 33 V Vrwm part we currently have besides the unidirectional version, TVS3300. TVS3300 has a slightly higher IEC 61000-4-5 rating of 35 A, but unfortunately it is not close enough to your requirement of 250 A.

Does TI has a TVS according to my requirement

33V standoff and 40V max clamping voltage

The IEC 6100-4-5 requirement remains the same

Hi Sahil,

No, we do not. The TVS3300 and TVS3301 meet the 33 V standoff voltage and 40 V max clamping voltage requirement, but not the 250 A IEC 61000-4-5 requirement.
