TPD3F303: about stand-off voltage

Hi all, 

My customer plans to use TPD3F303 or TPD2E001 for 3.3V SIM Card and I would like to confirm whether these are suitable for this application or not.
What is the stand-off voltage of TPD3F303 and TPD2E001?

If these are not suitable for 3.3V SIM card, could you tell me the recommended protection IC?

    Hello,
    The standoff voltage is 5V for these parts.
    These will not interrupt the signal for SIM card but may not protect.
    We also have other devices rated for 3.3V lines that would be more strict protection. TPD4E02B04 but it is a bidirectional device and SIM card interface is unidirectional.
    Also we have specialized parts like TPD4E110 to allow easier layout for SIM card interface.
