Part Number: XIO2200A
We have been using the XIO2200A IC in our existing design for many years, and have never run into issues with previous batches of the XIO2200A ICs. With the most recent batch, we are seeing 100% failures, which is disclosed in the attached TI analog FA request form document.
We are needing to start the RMA process very quickly because we have a customer that will lose business if we can't supply them working boards.
