My customer is looking for some part that will protect his HOST from hot-swap/plug in SATA 6Gbps. I think it has to answer to eSATA requirements.

Can you please advise your suggestion.

Shai,

Start with www.ti.com/hotswap. Click the Tools and Software tab. Look at the hotswap selection tool for discrete hotswap/FET choices to narrow down selectio to your needs. If current is <12A, then TI's integrated FET Efuse products may be better for the application.
