DP83848K: DP83848K Receive Failure

Hi Team,

 

My customer  is testing DP83848K in an ADAS project, they found that they could send data correctly right now but can’t receive any data. 

Customer have checked the PHY RX_DV(Yellow) and RXD0(Green) signal below, in customer’s experience, RXD should be LOW when Ethernet is IDLE, so they think this may be the cause of receive failure. Would you please show your suggestion on how to further debug on this issue?

in schematic, I found two places that doesn’t match EVM design, could these cause receive failure issue? Would you please help to double check the schematic and see if any other problem?

  1. TD+- and RD+- don’t have 0.1uF decoupling cap.
  1. MDIO don’t have 1.5k pull up resistor
