Does the XIO2213B support disabling the integrated PHY and connecting the LLC portion to a different external PHY?

I note that the XIO2213B seems to have the LLC connections exposed on pins, and most of these are instructed to connect from a LLC pin to a PHY pin on the chip. For example, PCLK_L/PCLK_P, LPS_/LPS_P, etc. What if I ran the _L signals to another PHY (e.g. TSB41BA3D) along with D0-D7? Would that work, and has anyone had success with this method?

Hello,
Yes, the exposed LLC-PHY pins are duplicated with the ones going to the internal PHY, so you can just connect them directly to another PHY.

Thank you for the reply, Elias. That is great news.

Do you have a reference schematic with the integrated PHY disabled you can send me? All reference schematics I have found use both the LLC and PHY.
