DP83848I: Dose DP83848K make any improvement on EMI performance comparing with DP83848I?

Part Number: DP83848I
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83848K

Hi Support,

We used DP83848I (reference) in our design, and it passed class A but just a bit over the limit of class B. I can't find any EMI graph of DP83848I from its reference design doc to compare. But it does have a graph for DP83848K in TIDA-00207, and the graph is showing that the noise level is under the limit of class B.

My questions are:

1. Does any difference between DP83848I & DP83848K on EMI performance?

2. Looks like the reference design on TID-00207 is more specific focus on EMI. If it is "no" for question 1, then can I just apply it's peripheral circuits directly to DP83848I?

Thanks,

Eric Liu
