DS92LV2411: Standoff and coplanarity of the pacakge

I want to know coplanarity and standoff parameter of the below devices:

DS92LV2411

DS92LV2412

 

 

But I can’t find these information in the datasheets.

I think QFN/SON package is usually 0.05 standoff and 0.08 coplanarity like the below figure(this is from RGX package).

 

 

Question 1)

Could you please tell me standoff and coplanarity value for each devices?

 

Question 2)

Are pin and power pad on the same plane? If not, could you please tell me standoff value of the power pad?

 

Question 3)

Regarding RHS package(LV2411), there is no dimension information about pins. Could you send me more detail figure that has them?

Question 4)

There is PIN 1 INDICATOR (OPTIONAL). Is this device actually hae this indicator? If yes, could you tell me the dimension?

    Ans: They are the same as RGX (0.05 standoff and 0.08 coplanarity) The detail mechanical data are on proddms.itg.ti.com/.../mpqf159a.pdf

    Ans: The pins and the dap are on the same plane. Same standoff.

    Ans: Yes The lead frame has pin1 indicator. It’s 45degree x 0.25 for RHS and 45degree x 0.30 for NKB. They are meeting JEDEC MO-220.

    Regarding Question 1), I understand about RHS package.
    But for NKB0060B pacakge, I couldn't find "0.05 standoff and 0.08 coplanarity" description in the pdf file that you mentioned.
    Is it described on the file?

  • Hi Oba-san,

    A drawing doesn’t exist today. The NKB drawing is old and is in need of an update to bring it up to today’s QFN standards. Which would include the coplanarity and standoff dimensions. I will need to submit a request and revise the drawing.

    I have confirmation from my package team that confirmed NKB with 0.05 standoff and 0.08 coplanarity
