We have new project to design this IC and can you offer us the complete datasheet and other design document?

How about the detect rate control? All data rate are automatic in one setting.Right?

With respect to your question, yes all SMPTE data rates are automatic. In default mode, LMH1226 can lock to SMPTE data rates noted in the data sheet.
