I would like to design automotive media port. So I interest in reference design TIDA-00987.

And I have a question.

If i set TPS254900 to client mode (CTL1=0,CTL2=0). OUT of TPS254900 connected EN of TPS25810 like a reference design schemetic.

TPS25810 can be controled by external signal?? (on/off)

sorry, if you configure TPS254900 in client mode, TPS25810 cannot enabled. I am thinking why don't we configure TPS254900 in SDP mode ? can you please kindly provide more information ?

Could I even make to enable TPS25810 if I use external signal(H) on EN pin of TPS25810?

I don't need to use current limit so I selected client mode.

Yes, I also think you can use an external GPIO to enable the TPS25810.
