Hi team,

My customer is using the TPD12S520 now, they meet one problem. They find the our TVS inside isn't broken but the HDMI device behind the chip is damaged. They want to check the spec of ESD and TVS inside. Could you please give me the detail information of the TVS and diode inside the chip? Thanks.

The ESD structure of the TPD12S520 that I am permitted to share is on page 7 of the datasheet. IEC ESD performance is very layout dependent. Can your customer share their layout with me so I can review it to see if I can see any weakness. I would also like to be able to look at the schematic from the protected device to the connector.
