Hi Team,

TCAN1051V-Q1 has power supply pins of VCC and VIO.
Is there recommended power-up sequence?

    Hello Yaita-san,

    There is no required power-up sequence for this device. If VCC is available while VIO is not, then the device will remain in an undervoltage lockout state (I/Os high impedance) until VIO is available. If VIO is available while VCC is not, the device can be operated either in lockout mode or in silent mode depending on the state of the S pin. You may want to refer to Table 3 in the datasheet for further information.
