We have a customer using TL16C554AIPN, and they need the thermal resistance data such as junction-to-case, junction-to-board,etc. to run their thermal simulation.

Could you provide the thermal resistance data for this device?

I have put in a thermal modeling request to our team. They usually get back within a few days but if they have a LOT of requests then this could take up to 2 weeks.
