I would like to know the TUSB422 with MSP430 combination application schematic, and I found the TIDA-01582 but can't see this portion.

May I have the complete schematic of TIDA-01582?

BTW, does source code of MSP430 released?

As for code, you should open user guideline to know software flowchart and read section 3.1.3.
