DS90UH929-Q1: Power up sequence

Hello Nao,

The 929 Power-up sequence should look like the following. Also please make sure that stable HDMI Clock is required before releasing PDB.

The timings for the sequence should be like this:

According to the following E2E, ds90uh929 powerup sequence is as followins.

The recommended power up sequence is as follows:
• VDD18
• VTERM
• VDD11
• Wait until all supplies have settled
• Activate PDB
• Apply HDMI input

However, this sequence that you sended us looks different sequence.
According to your sequence, VTERM is first and VDD18 is second.

Which is the right sequence?

Hello Nao,

Please follow the sequence I sent you. Vterm should be applied prior or at least at the same time of VDD18 but not after. This is described in a lately released errata sheet.
One more thing; although you can apply HDMI Clock after releasing PDB put make sure that you initialize the device after the HDMI clock is applied and stable.
