My customer wants to know Rds_on max value of RXD open drain FET, to evaluate worst case of VOL.
In the datasheet IOL_min of RXD is specified as 3.5mA with the condition of "LIN=0V, RXD=0.4V".
If IOL is measured under the condition where RXD open drain FET is turned on, and externally constant voltage of 0.4V was supplied, 0.4V/IOL_min = 114ohm would be the max Rds_on.
Could you provide Rds_on max value?
