Hello team,

do you have any suggestion on a possible ESD protection of an RF port from a GSM module? The RF signal can reach 30dBm. I am not sure which device to pick from the suggestions on our website since in some devices I see they have a quite high Vclamp but in the typical applications for these devices, I don't see RF antenna.

Could you please help me with that?

Hello Cameron,

yes I saw that file and I found a few parts but they all have +/- 3.6V for ESD protection, I need 7Vrms which corresponds to 20Vpp, all those device aren't suitable to my application.
Do you have any other recommendation?

Adrian,

We do not have any devices that can support +/-20V signal swing with low capacitance for antenna applications.
