Find my comments embeeded in schematics. Please note, ensure your straps for HW config are aligned with your application need.  Also, it's not clear whether your using MII or RMII for the phy, your input clock and MAC signal needs to be aligned accordingly.

Does MII trace have requirements for impedance control??

So, how to control the impedance?? 50 Ω to ground or 100 Ω differential impedance??

1. MII/RMII need keep ?ohm impedance?

2. MII/RMII need control trace length? how about the tolerance? +- ? mil

3. Please also help double check our schematic as attach file

4. As our schematic, U9 Pin2, Pin7 need external capacitor?
