TMDS181: about TMDS181 output

hi dear supporting team,

customer did not set de-emphasis function in 181, while they found the output seems be pre-emphasised, the page1&2 reg are dumped as below, could you pls help check what's wrong? tks!

I2C looks fine, do you set pin 20 (PRE_SEL) to high?
