TIC12400-Q1: VS,V/INT,VINX operating condition

Hello Experts,

TIC12400-Q1 datasheet stated recommended operating conditions.
- VS: 4.5V~+35V
- V/INT: 0V~+35V
- VINX: 0V~+35V

Is it possible to supply voltage as +35V continuously? I think this device for +12V battery, so it would be not possible to supply +35V continuously.

    Fujiwara,

    This device is for +12V battery, so it would be not possible to supply +35V continuously.  Note 1 in the recommended operating conditions state the highest voltage recommended continuously is 16 V for the lifetime of a 12-V battery.  The higher voltage rating of 35 V is for load dump and jump start conditions and more information is explained on pages 115-117 in the datasheet.

    What is your application where you are using this device with high power supply voltages?
