Do you have any suitable part can suggest?

If the answer is no, any other part which not pin to pin compatible with TCA9517 but same function?

Hey Anne,

There was an issue with TCA9617A and powered off high impedance, essentially TCA9617B fixes the bug with this. (I believe you made a post about why you were seeing a bug with TCA9617A about a year ago about this; you called the issue a leakage current problem)

You can use TCA9617A if you are aware of the design flaw and can ensure VccB>VccA at all times.
