AM26LS32AC: Minimum pulse width specification

Part Number: AM26LS32AC

Hi team,

Could you give me comments on the following customer questions?

<Customer question>

Q1. Does AM26LS32ACNS have minimum input pulse width specification to be able to detect?

Q2. Does AM26LS32ACNS have minimum output pulse width specification to be able to detect?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Takeshi Sasaki

  • Hello Sasaki-san,

    While the device does not have such specifications, it is true that very fast pulses on the input may be filtered by the finite input bandwidth of the receiver. To be conservative, you could assume that pulses should be at least as long as the propagation delay through the device (i.e., 35 ns). Please let me know if this is not clear or if you have any further questions.

  • Hi Max,

    Thank you for your suggestion. I think it's reasonable assumption. Thank you for your help.
