DS250DF230: independently locks to serial data rates in a continuous range

Part Number: DS250DF230

Dear Sir,

according to the datahseet of DS250DF230 page 1 description below

" Each channel of the DS250DF230 independently locks to serial data rates in a continuous range from  9.6 Gbps to 25.8 Gbps or to any supported sub-rate (÷2 and ÷4), including key data rates such as

      12.16512 Gbps, 9.8304 Gbps, 6.144 Gbps. "

May I know  that  Can DS250DF230 lock to the continuous data rate of 10.3125Gbps or 9.95328Gbps serial signal?

This is for applications that service providers may plug in a 25G optical transceiver or a 10G optical transceiver
at the same optical cage for different application.

thanks.

  • Hi Lucifer,

DS250DF230 can lock to any data rates within the range of 19.6G to 25.8Gbps AND divided by 2 or 4 of any data rate within this range. 10.3125Gbps and 9.95328Gbps are within this data range and device would lock to these data rates.
