Dear Technical Support Team,
I used 5V signal and Vcc connects only 0.1uF with TPD4E001 and usually OK.
However I faced signal amplitude is under 2V(expected pulse width).
When Vcc diode is damaged, is it possible to behave these?
I think that internal Zener diode suppress the voltage.
