Hi team,

Could you let me know the maximum junction temperature of TCA9517DGKR?  Is it 125degC for operating condition and 150degC for absolute max?

    Hey Takashi-San,

    The recommended operating maximum junction temperature is ~85C. For the absolute maximum junction temperature, we can support 125C. Be aware using it at this temperature may increase the Fit (failures in time) rate.
