SN75DP130: SN75DP130SS reset qusetion

Part Number: SN75DP130

Hi Team

I have use DP130SS. System VCC is 3.3V in active mode. but system in sleep mode. The VCC is 1.5V

            RSTN pin Vih = 0.75 , Vil = 0.3V ub SPEC pagre 7.

If VCC is 1.5V , The RSTN is 0.65V , We think divice did not into Reset condition.

Could you help check Minimum VCC supply voltage the RSTN will udner VIL ?

There is an internal 150k pullup to VDDD on RSTN and VDDD comes from an internal voltage regulator which is driven by VCC. The min voltage for this voltage regulator is 3V.

If you are driving RSTN externally, it is recommended to use an open-drain driver to protect the RSTN input from damage of an input voltage greater than VDDD.

    Thanks
