Hi,
I'm designing a circuit include a LDO and I want to use a TVS diode to protect.
But I don't know how to select TVS diode therfore I have some questions.
In my design, the LDO operate at 5V and the LDO's absolute maximum input voltage is 6V.
In this case, I think the reverse stand-off voltage(Vrwm) of TVS diode is 5V or over 5V and Breakdown voltage(Vbr) is less than 6V. Is it right?
Or is it enough for only the reverse stand-off voltage(Vrwm) of TVS diode is less than 6V?
