TPS65987D: Sink mode setting

Hi,

Could you let me know if below requirements are available in sink mode?

When 5V~12V PD charger is attached, only 12V is accepted. not 5V, not 9V.

When non-PD charger is attached, sink is disabled.

    Hello David,

    If a PD source is attached that supports up to 12V, and you have the sink configured to be able to support sinking 12V, then the sink PD controller would request the highest voltage available which in this case would be 12V. You do not have to do anything special to enable this.

    May I ask why you would only want the port to be enabled when a PD supply has been connected?
