the DP83867CR Datasheet SNLS484E March 2017 shows a "Typical Appliction: Magnetics" in chapter 9.2.1.1 Figure 30.
However, also discussing with colleagues, I think the 10 nF / 2 kV capacitor shown on the lower right hand side is not really typical.
Most applications seem to use 1 nF / 2 kV. Also, typically this capacitor would be connected to a "case ground".
This is also how TI does for their own Ethernet Evaluation Board TIDA-00204 (capacitor C33 schematic page 3)
